Complete Phase I of the Annual USHL Draft

The Waterloo Black Hawks selected nine young prospects during Phase I of the United States Hockey League Draft on Monday evening.

The group included six forwards, two defensemen, and one goaltender, each born in 2001.  Some of the players selected on Monday may have the opportunity to compete for 2017/18 Black Hawks roster spots.  Others will be added to the organization’s 18-man affiliate list for consideration in future years.
